Terms of Service

By accessing or using VRsion One — including any associated websites, mobile applications, NFC card services, dashboard tools, and APIs (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VRsion One.

If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" refers to the entity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use VRsion One. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your password.
• Notify us immediately at support@vrsionone.pro if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Not create multiple accounts for the same individual or organisation without prior written consent.

VRsion One reserves the right to refuse account registration, or suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated.

You are solely responsible for your conduct and the content you create or share using the Service. You agree to use VRsion One only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.

Your responsibilities as a user include:

• Ensuring all content you publish is accurate, legal, and does not mislead viewers.
• Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Obtaining all necessary permissions, licences, and consents for content you upload or embed.
• Not impersonating any person, brand, or organisation.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any leads or contact data collected through your profile.
• Using lead capture and contact forms in compliance with applicable anti-spam laws.

VRsion One is not responsible for and does not endorse any content posted by users. We act solely as a platform host and do not editorially review public profile content.

VRsion One allows you to create a public digital identity profile containing links, media, services, products, and contact options. Unless you explicitly set your profile to private in your account settings, your profile and its contents will be publicly accessible via your profile URL, associated QR code, and any NFC card linked to your account.

By publishing content to your profile, you grant VRsion One a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, cache, and deliver that content as part of operating the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your original content.

You agree that your profile content will not include:

• Content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Material that infringes any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or privacy rights.
• Misleading claims, false endorsements, or fraudulent service offers.
• Malicious links, scripts, or content designed to compromise visitor devices.
• Content that promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable regulation.

VRsion One reserves the right to remove or hide any content that violates these Terms without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

VRsion One provides dynamic QR codes and NFC card programming as part of its digital identity platform. These features link to your profile and may be updated dynamically without reprinting or reprogramming the physical medium.

By using QR and NFC features, you agree to:

• Use QR codes and NFC cards solely to direct recipients to your legitimate VRsion One profile.
• Not redirect QR or NFC links to malicious, illegal, or deceptive destinations.
• Not tamper with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to clone NFC card identifiers.
• Accept that NFC cards shipped to you are physical goods and are non-refundable once programmed and dispatched.
• Acknowledge that QR code analytics data is collected as described in our Privacy Policy.

Dynamic QR redirects and NFC link management are subject to service availability and may be affected by plan changes or account termination. On account termination, QR and NFC links will become inactive. VRsion One accepts no liability for consequences arising from link deactivation following account closure.

VRsion One offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise VRsion One to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• Annual plan subscribers receive a prorated credit if they downgrade mid-cycle.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of paid features pending payment resolution.
• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes.

All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. VRsion One does not store full payment card details.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. NFC card orders are non-refundable once dispatched. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact billing@vrsionone.pro within 14 days of the charge.

The following uses of VRsion One are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be referred to relevant legal authorities where appropriate.

• Using the Service to transmit spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Scraping, crawling, or data-mining any part of the Service without written permission.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network used by VRsion One.
• Distributing malware, ransomware, phishing content, or other malicious code via your profile or QR/NFC links.
• Creating profiles for the purpose of impersonating a real person, brand, or public figure.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labelling the Service without an explicit reseller agreement.
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features of the Service.
• Using automated tools to generate or manipulate profile view analytics or lead data.

VRsion One reserves the right to update this list of prohibited uses at any time. If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, please contact legal@vrsionone.pro before proceeding.

All technology, software, design, trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, and service marks associated with VRsion One are the exclusive property of VRsion One or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of any original content you create and publish to your VRsion One profile. By uploading content, you represent that you own or have the right to use it, and you grant VRsion One the limited licence described in Section 4 solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

If you believe that content on VRsion One infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to legal@vrsionone.pro with sufficient detail to identify the content and your ownership claim. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.

VRsion One aims to provide a reliable and continuously available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time. Where we make material changes that affect your use of the Service, we will provide reasonable advance notice where possible.

• Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice in response to security incidents.
• Feature deprecation notices will be provided at least 30 days before removal for paid plan features.
• VRsion One targets 99.5% monthly uptime for paid plan accounts, excluding scheduled maintenance.

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service unavailability, provided we have made reasonable efforts to maintain availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VRsion One and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to VRsion One in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

You may terminate your VRsion One account at any time by visiting your account settings and selecting "Delete Account." Upon termination, your profile will be immediately taken offline, your QR and NFC links will become inactive, and your personal data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

VRsion One may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, are engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

On termination by either party:

• All licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
• Any outstanding subscription fees due remain payable.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including Sections 7, 8, 10, and 12.
• You may request an export of your profile data within 30 days of account closure.

VRsion One will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law in your territory.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and VRsion One regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

These Terms of Service were last updated on 19 March 2026 and are effective from that date. We will notify registered users of any material changes at least 14 days before they come into effect.
